Jai Shree Krishna
It is very much possible. While it is not possible to gain such a status overnight, if one remains conscious of it at all times, and with Shree Thakorjis krupa and Shree Vallabhs grace, slowly and steadily one will inch towards Nishkaam bhava.

Jai Shree Krishna!!
As I'm not having the perfect knowledge, will u pls first explain what's Nishkam Bhakti.
As per my knowledge it's bhakti-seva done for Thakurji keeping His sukh in mind
n should not ask for anything from Him n disturb Him
Thus in Nishkam bhakti Thakurji's sukh is first.
Pls correct if something is wrong.
Jai Shree Krishna!!
Regards,
Monica.

shuddhaadwait martand by shri girdharji explains
nishkaam bhakti of indra will promote a soul to be a worshippper of agni
nish kaam bhakti of agni will promote a soul to be a worshipper of shankar
nish kaam bhakti of mahadeva will surely pormote a soul to the bhakti of lord krishana
so what is this nish kaam bhakti in true sence

Jai Shree Krishna
Nishkaam Bhakthi simply put is Bhakthi of Shree thakorji devoid of any kamna, devoid of seeking anythin at all. The ultimate level of Nishkaam bhakthi is what we see in Pushtimarg, were in we do not even seek Moksha form Shree Thakorji. The only thing that we desire is Shree Thakorji himself.

JAY SHRI KRISHNA.
WHATEVER Monikaji has said is very true in reference of Pushtibhakti.
It is hundred percent possible if you are determined and do not change your mind under odd circustances. It is possible in the initial stage that you may find it difficult but if you have love and faith in Shri Thakurji, you will be able to continue on Nishkam bhakti.

Jai Jai ShriGokulesh
Niskaam -- without any desire and Bhakti -- devotion. So devotion without any desire is the PUshti Bhakti. One of our pushtimarg's Vidhvaan ShriKrishna Bhattji well known in pushtimarg by the name Shri Laloo Bhattji in the Prameyratnarva Granth had described few Viveks. And in this vivek there is one Vivek named Pushti-Vivek.
Here aapshri beautifully explaines the meaning of PUshti, and also the Nishkaam Bhakti too comes. He says that the followers of shrimahaprabhuji's pushtimarg has no desire after attaining the parmanand ShriGokulesh(shrikrishna) but still has one desire and that is the devotion(shricharan bhakti) of ShriGokulesh.
ShriVrajswaminiji's are the best example of Niskaam Bhakti. The nisaadhan Brajbhakts r the best Niskaam Bhakts. They had no desire for laukiki, but had only 1 desire that his/her almighty shrikrishna should always be with them and should always be happy, always we would serve him.

the seva with no laukik worry is nish kaam seva
any worry durin g the seva about laukik matters is not nish kaam
just a thought of what will make life easy or any choice or preference that is not related to thakurji
haunts the mind will be badhak to nish kaam bhakti
so nish kaam bhakti is easier said then done
only one rule tat sukham
will lead to nish kaam bhakti

Jai Jai ShriGokulesh,
In the granth of Navratna, Which ShriMahaprabhuji had written, due to the question of aapshri's sevaka-Vaishanva govind Dubeji, that he was having lots of chinta in seva, so aapshri gave this granth to him for solving the chinta,
the 1st sloka
"Chinta kapi na karya, niveditamabhihi kadapiti"
He who has offered him/ her self to the Lord should not ever worry about anything. By His very nature, the Lord will not confine you to the earthly / mortal fate. (1)
Those having chinta, here those means to say Nivedatmabhihi- who had done nivedan, and after nivedan, the prime duty is to serve shrithakurji, so the chinta comes will be also regarding the seva. So even if worries comes during seva, that may be for seva-karya, and that is also the niskaam Bhakti, as it is the chinta for tat-sukh(happiness of shriprabhu).

chinta can be removed by navratna stotra but the goals in life ,wish list ,targets ,expectation of success in life or projects in daily life all work against nish kaam bhakti
total satisfaction with the daily seva and not to have any other wish but to perform more seva only qualifies as nish kaam bhakti

Jai jai shri gokulesh
Nishkam bhakti means Nirgun-Pusti-Devotion.
Nirguna-Devotion:
Devotion in Shri Krishna without having desire to obtain any kind of fruit and by concentrating mind in the Supreme-Being Bhagavan Sri Krsna is called Nirguna-Devotion. Nirguna-Devotion is also known by the name of ‘Ahaituki’ or ‘Animitta’ devotion. A wish to obtain any kind of fruit is called Hetu or Nimitta. Devotion in which there is no Hetu or Nimitta of any kind is called ‘Ahaituki’ or ‘Animitta’ devotion. The very Nirguna devotion, to which Bhagwan has considered as the bestkind of bhakti in Bhagwat-purana, has been preached by Shri Vallabhacharyaji by the name of Pusti-Devotion.
Nirgun-Pusti-Devotion the Best:
Narrating the excellence of Nirguna-Pusti-Devotion in Sri Bhagavata Bhagavan says:
"Though my Nirguna devotees consider my worship as the very fruit, do not ask for any kind of liberation from me. But when I bestow upon them with my own accord, liberation in the form of Salokya Mukti, Sarsti Mukti, Samipya Mukti or Sayujya Mukti. My devotees are not ready to accept any kind of liberation at the cost of my service. This itself is recognized as ‘Bhakti-Yoga’ of ultimate type and as independent fruit. By this Bhakti-Yoga the devotee becomes free from the influences of all the three Guna and attains devout sentiment as the final fruit".
