Jai Shree Krishna
No restrictions on that i think so. Provided it is taken with their aagya. Anyways such doubts can best be sorted by the Vallabh kul balak himself.

Jai Jai ShriGokulesh,
Brahmins, in our shastras r respected always. And if a brahmin is a vaishnva then he is much more respected. In shastras, the temple seva can only be performed by brahmins. So we find Brahmins in the haveli's.
For can's and cant's in can's brahmins can perform seva in haveli's but with the aagyna of shrivallabhkul. and cant's that he always has to observe the apras while performing the seva. if wrong do correct me.
a brahmin vaishnava can have the prasad after the vallabhkul balak had it but with aagyna of aapshri.

jai jai shrigokulesh
As far as Krishna Seva is concern, anybody can do any Seva. So far as Seva of Vallabhkul is concern its a matter of Varnashram Dharma and not that of Pushtimarg.

jai jai shrigokulesh,
first of all it is necessary to understand that who can have the janoi(dwij)?
it is not only the adhikaar of the brahmins, but also the kshatriya's and vaishya's do have the right to dwar the dwij. but slowly & steadly this process is just stated with the brahmins, that only brahmins has to wear the janoi,
now wearing janoi or not depends on that jeev. but if he is a vaishnava, it is not necessary to have a janoi. but if he has the janoi, then he also has to follow the gayatri mantra daily and to do the trikaal sandhya, which is the compulsory part for the dwijdhaaari.
if i m wrong do correct me
