Jay jay shree gokulesh
There are mainly 3 types of samagri
1) bal bhog ( which is made from milk )
like barfi , panda etc
2) ansakhadi (which is made form milk and
fried in ghee )
like sakkar para ( whithout water) suvadi etc
3) sakhadi ( which is made using oil and water)
like shak, sakhadi ( daal bhaat) etc
please correct me if there is some mistake

1. Doodhghar samagri
2. Nagari samagri
3. Ansakhadi samagri
4. Sakhadi samagri and

Jai Shree Krushna,
1) Doodhghar samagri: Includes Milk,misri,dryfruits,malai,makhan,ghee.
2)Nagari samagri: Includes flour(except rice),sugar and ghee.
3)Ansakhdi samagri:Includes flour(except rice),sugar, ghee and water and all other ingredients from Doodhghar and Nagari samagri.
4)Sakhdi samagri: Any samagri which includes oil, rice and salt is sakhdi samagri.
5)Falahaar samagri:All Fruits(except watermelon,jackfruit,etc.)
Exception: Kheer with aangya of Shree Thakorji is considered as Ansakhdi samagri.
Also, sigri on which u cook sakhdi samagri, u cannot cook ansakhdi, nagari or doodhghar without washing it fully. Similarly, sigri on which u cook unsakhdi samagri, u cannot cook nagari or doodhghar without cleaning it fully.
Similarly, the place u store sakhdi, the same place u cannot store anyother samagri without cleaning that place.
If you touch ansakhdi samagri after touching sakhdi and not washing hands, then even ansakhdi becomes sakhdi.Similarly for others.
