Jai Shree Krishna,
I am sure a lot of vaishnavs will know this but I felt like sharing this with all.
this is a mantra which any vaishnav can say at all times. It is the Sudershan Mantra. I would not put it as it saves us from all the problems because a vaishnav is at given point of time protected by Shri Vallabh.
The Mantra is "KLIM KRISHNAYA GOVINDAYA GOPIJAN VALLABHAY NAMH:"
Jai Shree Krishna

Jai Shree Krishna Vahla Vaishnavs,
The slok is from Sudershan kavach meaning
"Krishna , Govind, Gopijanona (priya) pran shree vallabh prabhu ne namaskar"
Shree Vallabh Acharya wrote many doctrines on pushtimargia and honestly so far even I presumed that Sudershan Kavach was also part of Mahaprabhuji's divine workings.
Can anyone please eloborate more on this Kavach i.e founder etc.
Many pranams

i beg to differ from the meaning
here vallabh word is not addressed to shree vallabh prabhu
but it is addresses to the beloved of gopis that is shree krishana
it is vedokt mantra and vedas do not describe golok dham or shree vallabh prabhu
as golok is above all the knowledge of vedas as well

Jai Shree Krishna
The Sudarshan kavach is definetly not one of the works of Akhandabhumandalacharya MAHAPRABHU SHREE VALLABHACHARYA. For the simple reason, all that the Sudrashan Kavach does is ask ask and ask for various forms of protection from Shree Thakorji. Shree Mahaprabhuji, in all the Granthas authored by him always advises us to never ever ask anything from Shree Thakorji. To serve Shree Thakorji with Nishkaam bhaav, like the Gopis of the braj, who even when threatenend by Indras wrath, never asked for protection from it, but instead sought the Sharan of Shree Thakorji only.
Thus it is highly impossible that Shree Vallabh, our beloved Mahaprabhuji to have written such self seeking mantra like the Sudarashan Kavach.
In Vivekadhairyashray, Shree Mahaprabhuji clearly advises jeevs to go through all happenings in life with Vivek, Dhairya and seek Ashray only in Shree Thakorji. When compared to this important granth, the Sudarshan kavach is highly contradictry, were in one is seeking protection, Deminishing of evil forces etc, these have never been advised by Shree Mahaprabhuji.
Hence Sudarshan Kavach is definetly not authored by Shree Vallabhacharya, the Founder of Pushtimarg.
As regards to who wrote it, does it matter, why would one recite such a kavach at all. We say through diksha mantra we have surendered all that is ours including our own selves to Shree Thakorji. Then again by reciting such a mantra, arent we being hypocritical ? On one hand we surrender and on the other we seek protection, clearly exposing our lack of faith in our Sarvasva, Shree Prabhu. And what do we seek protection from ? Do we know what is going to happen tomorrow, the next moment ? When we dont know what is going to happen, then we seek protection of what ?
Shree Thakorji is sarvasamartyavan and he know what is best for us. Then why doubt his abiity ? He knows what is best, lets accept what ever hapens has his wish and command, and continue living this life serving him as a das. That is all we must seek and do.

Jai Shri Krishna,
Once upon the time even I was under the impression that Sudarsan Kavach is creation of Shri Mahaprabhuji.
But P.P.G. 108 Shri Shyam Manoharj said that it is not the creation of Shri Mahaprabhuji.
Some one else has made it and given the name of Shri Mahaprabhuji.
And logical reason he gave for the same is that neither Shri Gusaiji nor Shri Harirayji's tika is available for Sudarshan Kavach. For all (Pushtimargiya) path and/or stotra we have Shri Gusaiji's or Vallabh Balak's tika is avilable.
