Which are four Vaishnav Sampradaays ? What are there names?

1. Pushti Sampraday by Shree Vallabhacharyaji Mahaprabhuji
2. (ISKON) GAUD Sampraday by Shree Chaitanya Mahaprabhuji
3. Swaminarayana sampraday by Shree Ramanand swami and Shree Swaminarayana (the disciples of Shree Ramanujacharyaji)
4. Vishnuswami Sampraday (which is controlled by pushti samprday acharyas today)
Pl correct me if i am wrong.

I guess the
Radha Swami sampraday and
Radha Vallabh Sampraday are also vasihnav sampradays
also
Shri Krishna Pranami is also a vaishnav sampraday

The acharya of vishnuswami Shree Bilvamangal did the tilak of acharya of vishnuswami sampraday to Shree Mahaprabhuji

1. Shree Nimbarkacharya
2. Shree Ramunajacharya
3. Shree Madhvacharyaji
4. Shree Vallabhacharyaji

2. Madhv Sampraday
3. Ramanuj sampraday
4. Vallabh Sampraday

Well, Not so simple Dhawalji. Like Vallabh Samparday is known as Pushtimarg. So too the other Sampradaays have specific names. I am sure your next reply will be the most perfect one. Awaiting the same...

1. Shree Sampraday - Beginning from Shree Laxmiji - Established by Shree Ramanujacharyaji
2. Brahma Sampraday - Beginning from brahma after his initiation from the personality of GOd head. - BY Madhvacharyaji
3. Rudra Sampraday - beginning from sankara or mahadeva - by Vishnuswami
4. Kumar Sampraday - by Shree Nimbarkacharyaji
5. Pushti Sampraday - by Shree Vallabhacharyaji

Just to bring to your notice Dhawal, that ISKCON and the Brahma Madhava Gaudiya Sampraday are two different entities.
Although both of them do come in the lineage of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.In the later age the Brahma Sampradaya was handed down though Madhva Acarya; in this Madhva Acarya disciplic succession came Isvara Puri. This Isvara Puri was accepted as Spiritual Master of Lord Caitanya. Therefore, being in disciplic succession of Caitanya Mahaprabhu, they are known as the Madhva Sampradaya. And because Lord Caitanya appeared in Bengal, which country is called Gaudadesa, our Sampradaya party is known as Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya.
The above mentioned entrees by dhawal as 4 sampradays are correct, they were formed of the basis of different schools of thought. Although there are other sampradays have sprung over a period of time.
Shri Vaishnava sampradaya (Vishishtaadvaita) - Shri Vaishnavas
Vallabha sampradaya (Shuddhaadvaita) - Vallabhas
Madhva sampradaya (Tattvavaada, aka Dvaita) - Madhva's, Haridasas
Nimbarka sampradaya (Dvaitaadvaita) - Nimbarkas
Gaudiya (aka Chaitanya) Vaishnava sampradaya (Bhedaabheda) - Gaudiya's, ISKCON / Hare Krishnas
Smarta sampradaya (Advaita) - Smartas
(Note: Some do not choose recognize this group as a part of Vaishnavism)
