What does Sadachaar mean ? And what are these ?Shree Vallabha dheesh ki jai

Jai Shree Krushna,
Sadachaar is made up of two words Sad+aacharan. Aacharan means our actions-what we do. Sad means in good or holy spirit.
Thus, if we combine both words, sadachaar would mean things done in good or holy spirit.
Shree Mahaprabhuji and Shree Gusainji has laid down many principles on 'aacharan' of a vaishnav. How a pushti vaishnav should be? What are his kartavyas? How should he perform seva?
Like,for example,a vaishnav should not be abhimani, he should see Shree Thakorjis leela in all things effecting him or others, he should perform seva thinking of Shree Thakorjis sukh and not of his own, he should perform seva with bal bhav but with utmost care, etc.
Thus, a vaishnav is always expected to act with sadachaar.

The Shastras advice that to do anachaar, is bad manners and to show ati achaar is stupidity. As a good human being, one should always behave with thoughtfulness, and such a behaviour is called Sadachaar.
The Shastras also advice on certain behaviour, that is considered as Good manners. What are these ?

The following good, sadachar niyam are advised to a Vaishnav...
1. As soon as one gets up, early morning, one should first do darshan of Isht dev and of Kanthi.
2. One should leave ones bed before Sunrise. (One should get up before Sunrise)
3. One should not eat/drink with left hand
4. One should not talk/chatter while having Meal
5. One should eat light food at the start of the meal, eat heavy food during the middle course of the meal and end the meal with light food.
6. During a meal, one should always fill half of ones stomach with food, one quarter with water and leave the last quarter empty for air/vayu
7. Do not give advice to anyone with them seeking for the same.
8. One should not watch a cow being milked, and never move a cow that being milked.
9. Never scratch your head with both hands at the same time.
10. One should celebrate one Birthday as per the Indain/Hindu calender, tithi, month etc.
11. Never have your meal wearing your footwear.
12. Do not have curd during night time.
13. Never look at your image in water
14. Never bathe totally naked (This practice should especially be followed when having bath in our mandir / at Baithakjis / at Nathadwar etc.)
And many more.

Shreekant well for point number 8, whats reason for even not watching a cow being milked, sorry for asking a stupid question?

The most obvious reason being Cow is looked upon as Go MATA.
If there are other points of view or reasons, hope they will be highlighted too.
