Jai Shri Krishna!!
As we know KANTHIJI, CHARNAMRUT AND TILAK[/i][/b] are the most important signs n most valuable things for Vaishnavs. But whats the gudh bhavna behind putting them?[/b] Of course I don’t know them n request all vaishnavs to enlighten the topic further to the depth. Jai Shree Krishna!!

kanthi ji is like mangal sutra for women a symbol of marriage to god
or god as your swami tulsi kanthi is good anti biotic against bunch of dangerous diseases
charnamutut is for antarik shiddhi cleanliness form in side
human is made of mud eating mud in v small quantity is not at all harm full
krishna ate mud ( mitti) walkinf bare foot is single most powerful reason that gives
divine power to humans
tilak uddhav pund tilak is for vaishnavs selected by shri vallabh ...... in one of the upanishad different kinds of tilaks are described and the one selected by shri vallabh is the best

jsk,monicaji i will like to answer your question,tulsi maharani is also called as bhakti maharani,she removes all obstacles which is badhak in bhakti,thus during bramsambhand we offer tilsiji in thakorjis feet,thus we wear tulsi mala to we get adhikaar in seva(one of the bhava),secondly we do seva as gopi bhaav thus its like our sigh of sambhand with thakorji(another bhaav),now we take charanamrut for inner cleanliness,as before seva bahari and antarayi sudhi is important,so we take charanamrut,charanamrut is raj of shri thakorjis feet,thus by taking this our danya bhaav is more strenghthened,and thakorjis charan prasadi goes in our body and heart and makes our bhaav strong,now we do tilak as we r doing seva as gopi and our only pati is thakorji,tilak is sigh of sobhagya,we r always sobhagyawatis,as our swami is eternal shree thakorji so we do tilak ,y uddhav pund,the reason is the u made is chaap of thakorjis feet,the only place we jeev can put thakorjis feet is on head ,to symbolize that we do this tilak,so u is in form of thakorjis feet.
