First one is Satya, (Few avtars were of God were born )
Second is Treta (Lord Rama was born)
Third is Dwapar (Lord Krishna's Lilas took place)
After dwapar
Fourth is Kaliyug ( Shri Vallabh was born)
Exact timings and how many years ago I dont have those exact numbers but Shreekantbhai will put some light into this.

Well, I know only that On the day of AKSHAY TRUTIYA, the Yug starts. Kaliyug started when Shree Krishna went to his NIJ DHAM. Also, note that, these Chaturyugas keep on repeating itself and thus their has been many ramavtars, krihsnaavaratas etc. According to Parardh, Kalpa,ChaturYug,Yug the time is divided. 2 Paradh = 100 yrs of brahmaji and 1 Kalpa=1 day of brahmaji. 1000 chaturyugas=1 kalpa.

the answer is as follows:
First Yug: Satyug: Born/started on Kartik, shukla,Akshay naomi, Guruvaar, under Satbhisha nakshatra and this date is refered to as Akshay naomi
Second Yug: Treta yug: Born/started on Akshay tritiya, that is Vaishak, shukla, teej, Somvaar,under Rohini nakshatra
Third yug: Dwapar yug: Born/started on Bhadrapad. krishn, teras, Budwar, under Pshya nakshatra
Fourth yug: Born/started on Magh, vadhi, 30, shukravar, under shravan nakshatra
