geeta calls lord a karma yogi every karma has to be paid for

ram bhagvaan hiding behind a tree shot at vanar king bali and killed him

while dying bali asked lord about his fault or reason for being shot ram had no answer

same karma came around to haunt  shri krishana  and bali  was reborn as a bird-killer named Jaraa

and he shot at lord to satisfy the pending karma

thus again proving the theory explained in 18th adhaya  of geeta

if seed is planted tree will grow without fail ( geeta)
